How we work
Our work starts with an analysis of your drawings, specifications and production volumes. We then communicate every requirement to the manufacturer in its own language.
We select the partner best suited to your process, requirements and schedule, then coordinate communications through to delivery.
We have our own initial-sample validation and inspection procedures, which often complement the customer's and manufacturer's procedures because they are tailored precisely to the requirements.
We manage all our transport and guarantee delivery. We actively help resolve non-conformities and, when necessary, visit the customer or manufacturer within 48 hours to analyze the problem in detail.
